Flintshire County Council cemetery fees
Flintshire County Council operates cemeteries across the county including at Bagillt, Connah’s Quay, Flint, Holywell, Mold, and other communities. The fee schedule below has been in effect from 1 October 2023. As of August 2026, Flintshire County Council has not published an updated schedule – these remain the latest available fees. Contact the council to confirm current charges before making arrangements.
The total cost of a new grave is the combined cost of the plot reservation (which grants the exclusive right of burial) and the interment fee.
Plot reservation (exclusive right of burial)
The plot reservation fee grants the exclusive right of burial in the grave space. It is charged separately from the interment fee.

| Cremated remains plot | £138 | £276 |
Non-residents are charged double the resident rate for all fees.
