Chapels and facilities
Colwyn Bay Crematorium sits within the grounds of Bron y Nant Cemetery on Glan y Wern Road, Mochdre. The complex has two chapels, each seating approximately 100 people, plus a waiting area with toilet facilities and a memorial room where the Books of Remembrance are displayed. Both chapels have a hearing loop system.
Relatives who want to witness the committal of the coffin can do so from a viewing area or by CCTV – tell the crematorium when booking if you’d like this arranged. Visits behind the scenes can also be arranged with prior notice.
