Belfast (Roselawn) crematorium fees
Roselawn crematorium, run by Belfast City Council, charges Belfast residents significantly less than people living outside the city – almost half the fee for the same standard service.

Service times and operational hours
Cremation slots run Monday to Saturday; there are no cremations on Sunday.

Collecting cremated remains
Cremated remains can be collected from the crematorium office from 2pm on the next working day after the service, once the applicant on the Cremation Disposal form provides photographic ID. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm, and Saturday, 8.30am–2pm.

Belfast (Roselawn) is operated by Belfast City Council. It opened in 1961. The council’s own website refers to the site formally as “City of Belfast Crematorium.”
