Current burial and cemetery fees for Torbay Cemetery & Crematorium in Torquay, managed on behalf of Torbay Council by Westerleigh Group. Fees below are effective from 1 January 2026. Non-residents pay double all fees. Plots cannot be pre-purchased at Torquay Cemetery (Hele Road).
