Stevenage Borough Council cemetery fees

Current burial and cemetery fees for Stevenage Borough Council cemeteries at Weston Road Cemetery and Almond Lane Cemetery, effective 1 January 2026. Stevenage Borough Council acts as the burial authority for the town.

Non-resident interment fees are triple the resident rate. Children aged 16 and under with a resident parent, and infants up to one month old, are buried free of charge.

About Stevenage Borough Council cemeteries

Stevenage Borough Council operates two cemeteries: Weston Road Cemetery and Almond Lane Cemetery. Almond Lane has a dedicated natural burial section with its own pricing. Saturday morning interments are available (9:30am to 12:30pm) with a weekend surcharge.
