Herefordshire Council’s weekday and Saturday fees include the medical referee, use of the service room, use of the organ, a choice of digital music, a certificate of cremation, and either a cardboard urn or unattended burial/scattering of ashes in the crematorium gardens. The Simple Cremation fee covers the medical referee, a certificate of cremation, and a cardboard urn or unattended burial/scattering of ashes – it does not include a service, though family can accompany the coffin into the service room for up to 5 minutes.
