Waltham Forest cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for the London Borough of Waltham Forest, effective 1 February 2026. Chingford Mount Cemetery is the council’s only operational cemetery for new graves. New grave purchases and ERB grants are restricted to borough residents.

About Waltham Forest cemeteries
Chingford Mount Cemetery (121 Old Church Road, Chingford, E4 6ST) is the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s sole operational burial ground for new graves. The cemetery offers traditional and lawn burial plots as well as cremated remains garden plots in the Remembrance Garden. New ERB grants are available to borough residents only. The council is a member of the Charter for the Bereaved (ICCM).
