Current burial and cemetery fees for Walsall Council, effective 1 January 2026. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Non-residents pay double the resident rate. The exclusive right of burial (ERB) in Walsall is granted for a period of 100 years. Children under 18 are buried at no charge.
