Baby and child burial fees

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council charges reduced rates for the burial of a baby lost before 24 weeks’ gestation, a stillborn baby, or a child under 18 – and some or all of these fees may be covered by the Children’s Funeral Fund for England, a government scheme that reimburses burial and cremation costs for children under 18 (including babies lost from 24 weeks) so that grieving parents do not have to pay towards the send-off itself.
