Tendring District Council cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for Tendring District Council, covering Weeley Crematorium and the district’s cemeteries including Clacton Cemetery. Fees are effective from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Tendring District Council does not publish separate resident and non-resident rates for cemetery services – a single scale of charges applies regardless of where the deceased lived.

Ashes may also be strewn in the Clacton Cemetery Garden of Remembrance, on a traditional grave, or in the Garden of Remembrance at Weeley Crematorium – at no charge.
