Greatness Park cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees at Greatness Park Cemetery, Seal Road, Sevenoaks (TN14 5AA). The cemetery land is owned by Sevenoaks District Council but has been managed by Sevenoaks Town Council under a peppercorn lease since 2009. All fees are set and collected by Sevenoaks Town Council.
Fees are effective from 1 April 2026 (2026/27 financial year). All prices are inclusive of VAT. Non-residents pay approximately three times the resident rate.
A resident is a parishioner (or ex-parishioner) of Sevenoaks Town who had not been resident outside the town area for more than 10 years at the time of their death. A non-resident is any non-parishioner.
Exclusive right of burial (ERB – 75-year term)
Greatness Park Cemetery has three grave site categories. Site A is the premium lawn section.

Kerbstones and border stones are not permitted on graves where exclusive burial rights were purchased on or after 1 November 1980, or in any lawn section.

Greatness Park Cemetery is located on Seal Road, Sevenoaks, Kent (TN14 5AA). The cemetery has over 5,000 grave plots and includes a War Graves section, Children’s section, and Lawn of Remembrance. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm or sunset (whichever is earlier); Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 8:00pm or sunset.
