Peterborough council cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for Peterborough City Council, effective 1 April 2026. Peterborough Cemetery is located on Mowbray Road, Bretton. Non-residents pay a fixed surcharge of £1,939 on top of the standard interment fee.
Grave purchase (exclusive right of burial)

Purchasing the exclusive right of burial grants the right to determine who is buried in the grave. It does not confer ownership of the land. Rights may never exceed 75 years in total at any one time.
