About Pembrokeshire County Council cemeteries
Pembrokeshire is a largely rural county in south-west Wales. Under its Cemeteries Customer Charter, the council directly manages 11 cemeteries: City Road (Haverfordwest), Deerland Road (Llangwm), Freystrop, Rosemarket, Llanion Park (Pembroke Dock), St Michaels and Monkton (Pembroke), Llanwnda (Fishguard/Goodwick), St Ishmaels, Nolton, and Llanfair-Nant-y-Gof (Trecwn). The 100-year EROB term is notably longer than the 30- or 50-year grants typical of Welsh councils. There is no non-resident surcharge – fees apply to all burials regardless of the deceased’s home address.
