Gardens of Remembrance and Neptune Memorial Garden
New-style Garden of Remembrance plots are available at Torrisholme, Hale Carr, Scotforth, Carnforth and Skerton cemeteries. Each plot takes up to two sets of cremated remains and shares a granite memorial plaque for inscription.

Torrisholme also has a Garden of Remembrance vault section, where cremated remains are stored above ground behind a granite plaque. The Exclusive Right of Burial fee is £73.70, the granite memorial (up to 2 urns) is £1,035.31 inc. VAT, and the standard interment fee is £59.
The Neptune Memorial Garden, for babies and young children, has no lease fees – plots are purchased in perpetuity. A purchased grave (headstone, up to 6 lines of inscription, plus Exclusive Right of Burial) costs £1,561.27 inc. VAT; a public grave is free of charge. Niche wall plaques for cremated remains (up to 4 lines of inscription) cost £393.40 inc. VAT, and scattering of cremated remains is free.

Lancaster cemeteries, including Scotforth
Lancaster City Council manages seven cemeteries in the Lancaster, Morecambe, and Carnforth area: Torrisholme, Hale Carr, Scotforth, Carnforth, Skerton, Lancaster, and Morecambe. Scotforth Cemetery has its own dedicated Section 21 burial plot rate. Plots are currently available at several sites.
