Havering cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for the London Borough of Havering, effective 1 April 2026. Cemetery services are operated by South Essex Crematorium on behalf of Havering Council. The principal cemeteries are Hornchurch Cemetery, Harold Wood Cemetery, and Upminster Cemetery, alongside Romford Cemetery and Rainham Cemetery.
The Exclusive Right of Burial (ERB) is granted for 50 years across all sites, with the exception of the all-inclusive and woodland glade sections at Upminster.

About Havering cemeteries
Cemetery services for the London Borough of Havering are managed by South Essex Crematorium. The all-inclusive grave at Upminster is the combined purchase and interment in a single fee. Non-resident fees are doubled for any person who has no residential address within the London Borough of Havering at the time of death.
Havering residents are defined as those living within the borough boundary. Proof of residence is required when booking interments at the resident rate.
