Eastbourne council cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for Eastbourne cemeteries, effective from 1 April 2026. Eastbourne Crematorium administers Langney and Ocklynge cemeteries on behalf of Eastbourne Borough Council (the council’s own cemetery pages have moved to this dedicated site). Non-parishioners – anyone who was not a resident of the Borough of Eastbourne – pay roughly double the parishioner rate.
Grave purchase (exclusive right of burial)
Ocklynge Cemetery is closed to new adult graves; new adult grave purchases are at Langney only. Ashes plots remain available at both cemeteries.

About Eastbourne cemeteries
Eastbourne Crematorium administers Langney and Ocklynge cemeteries, plus the crematorium itself, on behalf of Eastbourne Borough Council and Lewes District Council.
