Darlington Borough Council cemetery fees

Current burial and cemetery fees for Darlington Borough Council, effective 1 April 2026. Darlington manages West Cemetery and Eastbourne Cemetery.

Non-resident fees are higher throughout: doubled where an Exclusive Right of Burial has already been granted, and trebled for an interment into a grave with no exclusive right of burial.

Grave purchase (exclusive right of burial)

The ERB is a 50-year grant. Non-resident fees are doubled if purchased by someone who was not a Darlington resident at the time of death.
