Cornwall Council cemetery fees
Current burial and cemetery fees for Cornwall Council cemeteries, effective from 1 April 2026. Cornwall Council manages cemeteries across the county. Non-residents pay double all fees, except those who have previously held full-time residency in Cornwall, who qualify for the resident rate.
Grave purchase (exclusive right of burial)
The exclusive right of burial (ERB) is granted for 50 years, with the option to purchase 10-year extensions at one-fifth of the current ERB price at the time of renewal.
