Current burial and cemetery fees for Ards and North Down Borough Council, effective 1 April 2026. The council manages cemeteries including Clandeboye, Redburn, Movilla, Greyabbey, Kirkistown, Ballyvester, Loughview, and Whitechurch.
Resident rates apply to persons living within the Ards and North Down Borough Council area at the time of death. The non-resident premium is extremely large – non-residents pay approximately 7.5 times the resident grave purchase rate.
